License Agreement

This License Agreement governs your use of Battery Saver PRO software. Please read it carefully before using the software.

License Grant

Battery Saver PRO Inc. grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the Battery Saver PRO software for personal or commercial purposes, subject to the terms of this agreement.

Free Version

The free version of Battery Saver PRO may be used without charge but with limited features:

  • Basic battery monitoring
  • Standard charging limits
  • Limited analytics

Standard License

Standard license provides access to additional features for a monthly or annual fee:

  • Advanced battery analytics
  • Custom charging profiles
  • Multi-device support (up to 3 devices)
  • Priority support

Pro License

Pro license includes all features:

  • All Standard features
  • Unlimited device support
  • License key management
  • White-label options
  • Custom integrations
  • Dedicated account manager

Permitted Uses

You may:

  • Install Battery Saver PRO on devices you own or control
  • Use the software in accordance with its documentation
  • Make one backup copy of the software for archival purposes
  • Transfer the license to another person with prior written consent

Restrictions

You may NOT:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
  • Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works
  • Remove any proprietary notices or labels from the software
  • Use the software for illegal or unauthorized purposes
  • Resell, rent, lease, or distribute the software
  • Circumvent any license verification mechanisms
  • Use the software to infringe on third-party rights

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in Battery Saver PRO, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, patents, and trade secrets, are owned by Battery Saver PRO Inc. This license does not grant you any rights to such intellectual property except as expressly stated herein.

Updates and Upgrades

Battery Saver PRO may provide updates, upgrades, or modifications to the software. Such updates may be automatically installed or may require your acceptance of additional terms.

Continued use of the software after updates constitutes acceptance of the updated terms and conditions.

Termination

This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term of this license.

Upon termination, you must cease all use of the software and destroy all copies in your possession or control.

Disclaimer

Battery Saver PRO is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

In no event shall Battery Saver PRO Inc. be liable for any claim, damages, or other liability arising from, out of, or in connection with the software or the use of this license.

Third-Party Components

Battery Saver PRO may include third-party software components that are subject to their own license agreements. Your use of these components is governed by their respective licenses.
